These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ChemCheck app and website provided by Plouton Consulting (Pty) Ltd.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ChemCheck, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please do not use the app.

2. Use of the App

You may:

    Use ChemCheck for agricultural chemical tracking

    Download and install the app on compatible devices

You may not:

    Copy, modify, or reverse-engineer the app

    Use ChemCheck for unlawful purposes

    Share your login credentials or allow unauthorised access

3. User Content

You are responsible for the accuracy of any data you enter. You retain ownership of your data. By using the app, you grant us permission to store and process your data for functionality purposes.

4. Availability

We aim to provide uninterrupted service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Offline functionality is available, but data syncing requires connectivity.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if terms are violated. You may stop using ChemCheck at any time.

6. Liability

We are not liable for:

    Data loss due to user error or device failure

    Consequential damages arising from app use

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of ChemCheck means you accept the revised terms.
